If the item is unused, in original packaging and you still have the receipt, we can refund (not on consumables), alternatively, we can exchange the item or give you a voucher.

All machines have either a 12 or 24 month warranty (we keep track of the purchase date on our side so if you lose your receipt your warranty still stands) .

When you purchase the machine, we will inform you of the warranty that accompanies the machine.

Your order will be shipped once your payment has reflected in our bank account. Thereafter you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that some outlying areas can take an extra day.

We offer a collection option.at the shop in Brooklyn Mall.

Standard shipping of R 100.00 under R 1’500.00.

Yes. We can order spares for most of the brands we sell in store including Bialetti, Gaggia, Jura, Saeco and more.

Yes.We service the following coffee machine brands:

• Mythos
• Gaggia
• Saeco
• Philips

We can set up and train staff on use depending on the area and machines in use.

Household machines do not need installation. This applies only for bigger office use machines etc.
